Woodstock Eventing's Weekend Wrap from Fair Hill International Recognized H.T.

Woodstock Eventing was back out competing over the weekend with six horses at Fair Hill International Recognized H.T. in Elkton, Maryland. 
 
In Open Intermediate-A, Mary Hazzard’s Chusinmyconfession scored a 32 in dressage and finished 13th in a very competitive division. In Open Intermediate-B, Linda Ledray’s Cooley Flight excelled in his fourth Intermediate level competition. Cooley Flight scored a 37.7 in dressage and only added time on cross country to his score to finish 5th.
 
The Preliminary horses put in solid efforts over the weekend. The Optimist owned by Julia Strawbridge, scored a 30.8 in dressage and added only time on cross country to finish in 8th in Open Preliminary-A. In Open Preliminary-B, syndicate owned Bellavista scored a 33.1 in dressage and finished the weekend in 14th place.

In Open Beginner Novice, Maya Chinana rode Ilona S. English’s Popstar to a wire-to-wire victory on a dressage score of 25.8. Ryan also piloted Kelsey Jenkin’s Cat’s Alley around his first recognized combined test. Cat’s Alley scored a 35.5 in dressage and had one rail down in showjumping to finish the combined test in 5th.
