Another Weekend in the Books After Fair Hill August Horse Trials

Fair Hill’s August Horse Trials has concluded and Ryan’s team of horses continue to impress! With horses competing across all levels and shining in each discipline, Woodstock Eventing earned top placings.

Woodstock Now or Never in the Novice
The Optimist was the star of the weekend with a wire-to-wire win in the Open Novice on a dressage score of 26.4. Positivist and Woodstock Now or Never also finished on their dressage scores in the Open Novice but Positvist managed a top 5 placings after a stellar go around!The training level horses, Fernhill Domino and Castle Cavalier, had a great weekend as well. Domino finished on his dressage score of a 33.6 for a top 5 finish and Castle Cavalier knocked just one pole for a solid 6th place. Chusinmyconfession, the only upper level contender of the weekend, jumped a whole 10 placings after a clear cross-country round in the Intermediate! https://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id=1HW59q05auoSoNb45wpaiNYl7pAaiz-C2

This was the last local HT of the summer and the upper level horses will conclude their sweltering campaign by heading up north to Bromont, Canada for their FEI Short divisions next week.
