Plantation Field April HT Recap

Ryan and Team Woodstock had an excellent weekend at the Plantation Field April Horse Trials. Ryan competed Mary Hazzard's Isabella C and Woodstock Eventing's Shannondale Sergio in the Open Preliminary division, Summit Sporthorses' Ben Nevis in the Open Training, and Sarah Hughes' Shannondale Percy in the Training Horse division.

Both Isabella C and Shannondale Sergio finished on their dressage scores, placing 2nd and 4th respectively in Open Preliminary.

Ben Nevis made his Training level debut and proved that he was up for the challenge, finishing on his dressage score to place 3rd in a competitive Open division. Ryan and Shannondale Percy earned a 25.2 in dressage and added just one rail to their score to place 3rd in the Training Horse division.

Stacey Driscoll competed Summit Sporthorses' Popeye and Popstar at Plantation Field. Popeye scored an impressive 25.5 in dressage and added a single unlucky rail to place 4th in the Training Horse division. Popstar impressed the judge with a 24.6 in dressage, also adding just one rail in show jumping to finish the weekend in 3rd place in the Novice Horse division.
