Lost in Ireland
Over the weekend, Ryan competed four young horses at the Waredaca June Horse Trials in Laytonsville, Maryland. All four horses competed with great success in the Training divisions, taking home top placings and all finishing on their dressage scores.
In the Open Training division, Steven and Karri Guy's Lost in Ireland and Julia Strawbridge's Atlantic Spring took 2nd and 3rd place and were neck and neck through the competition scoring a matching dressage score of 31. Lost in Ireland broke the tie in the end, just finishing just one second closer to the optimum time.
Sarah Hughes' Shannondale Murphy and Mary Hazzard's Chussinmyconfession competed in the Training Horse division. In his training level debut, Shannondale Murphy scored a 31.9 in the dressage and finished the competition in 2nd place. Chusinmyconfession performed a solid test to score a 33.3 and finish in 4th place.

In the Open Novice division, Stacey Driscoll rode Summit Sporthorses' Popstar. Stacey and Popstar finished in 6th place on their dressage score of 29.6.

Two weeks ago, Ryan rode Sarah Hughes' Alcatraz in the $50,000 Devon Arena Eventing showcase at the famous Devon Horse Show and Country Fair. Watch Ryan's rounds below.
