#TokyoGold

I have spent the past couple of days in England with the Equestrian Australia High Performance team at Pennyhill Park. Coming away inspired by a motivational talk from Eddie Jones on getting the winning edge.

"Preparation is everything. You’ve got to prepare to win. If you don’t, you’re not competing. Sometimes a scoreboard doesn’t love you, and you get beaten. But if you keep preparing well, you’re going to win the next game, which might be more important than the game you just lost."

Eddie Jones is an Austrailian former player and professional rugby union coach, the current Head Coach of the England Rugby Team, a former Wallabies Coach and speaker. He is also known as "The coach that revolutionized the England Rugby Union team". He is a successful international rugby coach having coached Australia to the 2003 Rugby World Cup. Before he took on the England Head Coach role, he coached Japan's national team for three years leading up to the 2015 Rugby World Cup.
