Woodstock Eventing's Weekend Wrap Up From Fair Hill

Woodstock Eventing was back out competing over the weekend with four horses at Fair Hill International in Elkton, Maryland.  
In Open Preliminary-A, Sarah Hughes' talented Alcatraz, finished 4th in a very competitive division. Ryan and Alcatraz scored a 27.5 in dressage and held onto their fourth place spot by producing a double clear show jumping and cross-country round. In Open Preliminary-B, sale horse Get Ready Get Set, continues to impress and show serious upper level potential, earning a 24.3 in dressage. He had only one unlucky rail down in show jumping and an effortless double clear cross-country run to finish in 5th.

Alcatraz

Ryan rode Jean-Marie Evringham's Mainstreet Magic in the Open Novice-B division. Ryan and Magic delivered a solid test to earn a 33.5 and finished on their dressage score in 7th place. Woodstock Eventing's team member, Cole Horn, competed in the Open Novice-A division aboard Summit Sporthorses' Popstar. They scored a 28 in dressage, had an unfortunate rail down in show jumping but a clear and fast cross-country trip to finish in 4th place. Stay tuned for more competition updates!
