Woodstock Eventing at Plantation Field Spring Horse Trials

Nicole and Popstar
Last weekend, Woodstock Eventing competed at Plantation Field just down the road from Ryan's home base in Pennsylvania. Team Woodstock had a great weekend including a win in the Open Novice-C division by Assistant Rider Nicole Etheridge aboard Summit Sporthorses' Popstar. Nicole and Popstar led the 15 horse division from start to finish on their dressage score of 27.6! Ryan had a busy two days riding seven young horses across Novice and Training level divisions.

Cooley Titanium
Ryan piloted Curran Simpson's Tullabeg Dilson and Mary Hazzard's Mystic Hazzard in the Open Training-A division. Tullabeg Dilson scored a 30.7 in dressage and finished in 5th place. Mystic Hazzard earned a 29.5 in dressage but unfortunately had 2 rails in show jumping to finish 7th. In Open Training-B, Ryan rode Linda Ledray's Cooley Flight and Cooley By Design to 4th and 10th place finishes on their dressage scores of 32.4 and 38.8.

Gambado
Amy Peloquin's Cooley Titanium, Cheryl Gamboney's Gambado, and Monique Sanchez's Cooley Shutterfly Cruise had solid performances in their Novice level divisions. Cooley Titanium earned a 36.2 in dressage and finished 8th overall in Open Novice-A. Curran Simpson also competed his own Fernhill Flame in the Open Novice-A division and finished in 6th on his dressage score of 35.5. Gambado performed a solid dressage test to score a 31 and finished 9th in Open Novice-B. Cooley Shutterfly Cruise finished in 5th on his dressage score of 34.3 in Open Novice-C.

Woodstock Eventing is looking forward to their next outing!
