The Woodstock Team was treated to a private tour by Mary Hazzard at her awesome Lanefield Farm. Mary is a legend in the sport of eventing having competed at the 1978 World Championships and breeding countless advanced event horses.
Today, we were lucky enough to check out some of the young stock with very modern breeding. Most of them have more than 70% Thoroughbred in their pedigree, going all the way back to the great Babamist, crossed with top European jumping and dressage lines.

Pictured below is Mary riding Cavalistic at Ledyard, which was their preparation event for the World Games. Cavalistic came from my good friend's grandfather and Hall of Fame race horse trainer, Burley Cocks.
