Woodstock Kicks Off 2015 Season!

Woodstock Kicks Off 2015

The Woodstock Eventing team kicked off the 2015 season this past weekend at Full Gallop Farm. Jordan Thompson rode Summit Sporthorses' up-and-coming sport pony talents, Piper and Popgun, in Beginner Novice with impressive finishes for both. Piper took the win, leading from start to finish on a 24.2 with faultless jump rounds. Popgun was right on her heels, finishing fourth with clear and super scopey show jump and cross country rounds.

No one doubts that Piper and Popgun inherited their jumping talent from their father, Summit Sporthorses' Popeye. Stacey Driscoll and Popeye competed in the Novice division, keeping all the rails up and having a flawless cross country round.

Madison Bantivoglio had a successful first outing with her new partner, Casino Royal IV competing in the Novice division. This new pair jumped double clear in both jumping phases, impressively finishing on their dressage score.

Ryan had a big day, riding nine horses at Sporting Days Farm in Aiken. Things ran smoothly thanks to the incredible Team Woodstock, and the competition was a hugesuccess. Ryan came home with two firsts, two seconds, a third, two fourths, and a sixth!
Charlie Campbell also had a terrific show with his horse Nimbus, smoking the training division and finishing on their dressage score!

Thank you to all of our incredible sponsors, owners, and members of Team Woodstock for everything that you do. Let's go 2015!
