Woodstock Eventing at Paradise Farm

Team Woodstock had another busy weekend at Paradise Farm with Ryan riding several young horses at their first competition.

On Friday, Ryan rode Elena Ethridge's L'istesso Tempo and Sarah Hughes' Shannondale Murphy in the Open Novice division. L'istesso Tempo scored a 20.2 in the dressage and jumped around double clear in both phases to finish in 3rd place. Shannondale Murphy put in a solid performance in the dressage scoring 24.8, had one rail down in show jumping, and an educational cross-country round at his very first event.


In the Open Beginner Novice division, Ryan rode Linda Ledray's Cooley Blue and Jean-Marie Evingham's Mainstreet Magic. Mainstreet Magic finished in 2nd place on his dressage score of 29.8 and Cooley Blue finished in 5th place on his dressage score of 33.5. 

Stacy rode Summit Sporthorses' Popstar in the Novice Rider division. The pair jumped two double-clear rounds to finish in 5th place on her dressage score of 31.1.

Over the weekend, Hannah competed her own Magic Replica in the Open Novice division. Hannah and Magic finished on their dressage score of 39.6 and placed in the Top 15 of the large 25 horse division. 

This coming weekend, Woodstock Eventing will travel to Thomson, Georgia to compete at the Pine Top Advanced Horse Trial.
