Woodstock Eventing Winter Update

Pine Top Farm

Woodstock Eventing traveled back to Thomson, Georgia to compete at the Pine Top Farm Advanced, CIC and HT. At Pine Top, Ryan competed Powell and Fernhill Classic in their first competition since the $100,000 Wellington Eventing Showcase earlier this month.

In the Open Intermediate division, Ryan competed Fernhill Classic Syndicate's Fernhill Classic. Classic performed a solid test to score a 32.8 in the dressage, had one unfortunate rail down in the showjumping, and jumped clear with time on the cross-country to finish in 11th. Summit Sporthorses' Powell also traveled to Pine Top and did the combined test in the Open Intermediate division.

In November, Ryan traveled to Ireland and purchased talented young horses from the Monart Sale. Both horses are progressing well with Adrian Burrell and will soon join the rest of Ryan's impressive string of horses in the States.
