Over the weekend, Woodstock Eventing competed at Morven Park's Fall H.T. in Leesburg, Virginia. Ryan stayed busy competing two horses in the CIC3* and three horses across two Training level divisions.

The Woodstock Bennett Syndicate's Woodstock Bennett put in a great performance all weekend. Ryan and Bennett moved eight spots up the leaderboard after delivering the second fastest cross country trip of the day in the CIC3*. Ryan's tactful riding was rewarded and the pair finished the weekend in 4th place. The Fernhill Classic Syndicate's Fernhill Classic delivered one of his best tests to date at the three-star level to sit in 9th after dressage on a 34.7. He jumped a beautiful clear show jumping round but unfortunately had some trouble on cross-country. Despite the trouble, Classic and Bennett are both feeling ready for Fair Hill International CCI3* later this month. Woodstock Eventing's Assistant Rider, Cole Horn rode Cooley Sligo to a 10th place finish in the CIC1* division. Cole has produced Cooley Sligo himself and the pair is aiming to tackle their first CCI this year.

Ryan rode three horses across the competitive Open Training level divisions. In the Open Training-A division, Curran Simpson's Tullabeg Dilson scored a 33 in dressage and maintained a solid performance throughout the weekend to move up the leaderboard to finish 3rd. Linda Ledray's six-year-old Cooley Flight, was second after dressage on a 30.5 and had an unlucky rail down to finish 4th in his fourth Training level competition.
Loletta finished in 6th in the Open Training-B division on her dressage score of 35.2. Loletta is a 2007 black Thoroughbred mare standing at 15.3 hands. She is a super jumper, fun, and easy to ride. For more information and a video of Loletta click here to view our sales page.

Coming up next, Ryan will compete at the Maryland Horse Trial at Loch Moy Farm. Stay tuned for more news from Woodstock Eventing!
