Woodstock Eventing's May Recap

Phillip Dutton & Bellavista

Izzy Bosley & Woodstock Argo

During the month of May, Ryan was sidelined by a leg injury but he is on the mend and will be returning to the saddle in just a few short weeks. The Woodstock Eventing Team has been doing a fantastic job of keeping the horses going at home. Phillip Dutton and Isabelle Bosley have been competing several horses for Ryan in his absence and had a great outing at Fair Hill International a few weeks ago.

At Fair Hill International, Phillip rode syndicate owned Bellavista in the Open Preliminary-B division. Bella had a great weekend to score a 30.4 in dressage and finished in 6th place. Izzy rode Curran Simpson's Woodstock Argo and Cooley Continental in the Open Training divisions. Izzy and Woodstock Argo had an impressive weekend. The pair scored a 23.6 which took them straight to the top of the leaderboard after dressage. They remained consistent and added zero penalties to their dressage score to take the win in Open Training-A! Izzy and Cooley Continental put in a solid test to score a 34.5 in dressage and added only some time on cross country to that score to finish 10th in Open Training-B.

Stay tuned for more updates from Woodstock Eventing!
